Masheen Fitness is a gym which focuses on boxing and functional fitness. It was founded in England by Keith Sheen, a former amateur boxing champion and professional boxer. Keith’s main aim is to teach the art of boxing to the individual who is looking to learn the sweet science or is just interested in getting into shape through personal training or group classes.


Catering for all fitness levels and ages, using advanced techniques and tried and tested methods from years of experience as a personal trainer and coach, Keith will improve your fitness on every level.
